How are your products shipped?
  • We ship all of our items via the US Postal Service.
• All orders will be processed within 2 business days.
• Please allow 7 business days to receive your item.
• For faster shipping items please call Earth Kits toll free at 877-632-7847 and we will arrange payments options for UPS Overnight or two day shipping.
• At this time Earth Kits will only ship to a US Address.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
  www.earthkits.com has been validated to have a secure SSL certificate which provides industry standard data encryption of information transferred from your computer to the website.
May I speak to someone to place an order?
  Yes! You may call us toll free at 877-632-7847. We are available 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm Pacific Standard time. If you reach a voicemail it is because we are busy taking other orders so please leave a message and we will get back to you within the same business day. If you call after hours we will return your call the following day.

When faxing your order please remember your credit card number and the three digit security code on the back of the credit card. Once received, Earth Kits will call and/or email you the details of your order.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
