Your Satisfaction is important to us!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the unwashed, unused merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, along with the original invoice, and we will gladly reimburse you less shipping charges.

All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available.

For mail returns:

- Repack the items in the original box.

- Write “return” on the original packing slip provided to you in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning. A packing slip or the order number must be included with your return.

- You may want to include a tracking number or insurance when shipping the items as Earth Kits will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.

If you no longer have your packing slip or would like to keep it due to the purchase of multiple items please call us 877-632-7847 to obtain your order number. All voicemail messages will be returned within 24 hours.
